Kairo is a project management and time-tracking platform that allows teams to organize tasks, track time, manage workspaces, and collaborate in real time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Harvest or collect user data without explicit consent.

Workspace owners are responsible for managing member access, roles, and permissions within their workspace. Kairo is not liable for actions taken by workspace members or owners. Subscription plan limits apply per workspace as described on the pricing page.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Kairo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service.

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kairo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
